Shipping and Returns
We charge $5.00 for shipping on any purchases under $50. Shipping is FREE for all purchases over $50. Shipments will be sent by USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Once an item has shipped, there will be a link to USPS tracking.
We do not ship internationally. If you would like to place an order using an international billing address and US shipping address, please call us at 1-612-875-0322. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm central time.
Any confirmed and shipped order that is refused by the customer and returned to us is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Tagged, unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to send an item back to us for a return. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear or socks for any reason. Returns received after 30 days of delivery are subject to refusal, or at the least will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
If an item arrives with a manufacturer’s defect, we can replace it with the same size, color and style. Green Twine will pay shipping both ways on defective merchandise. You must email us at info@GreenTwine.com with the subject of “defective item” with your claim and receive shipping instructions before you return the defective item. Items returned without email confirmation cannot be replaced. Items that arrive defective must be returned in tagged and unworn original condition. Defective merchandise will be replaced by NEW, non-defective merchandise of the same style, size, and color as the defective merchandise, and shipped to you at our expense. We may ask for photographs of the defective garment to authorize a return, but we might not. Defective items are subject to our discretion.
Order the wrong size? We can exchange it for the same color and style in a different size. You must email us at info@GreenTwine.com with a subject of “exchange” and include your order number, item to be exchanged, and the new size you need. Receive a reply with shipping information before you send an item. Items returned without email confirmation cannot be replaced. All items returned for exchange must be returned in tagged and unworn original condition.
Orders placed between Thanksgiving and December 25th will be granted an extended return/exchange period running through Jan 30th.
sale items and discounts
Sale and clearance items are final sales and not eligible for return or exchange. Redemption of online coupon codes are good only for in stock items.
